We’ll meet at Highland Park and go out to flag the new re-routes that the Corps has ‘conceptually’ approved. We will be striking out into the underbrush to locate the new paths, so dress accordingly – the trees and vines and underbrush will definitely be trying to fight back.

What to bring: water, bug spray, loppers, long sleeves and pants.

The pandemic is still a concern, so we’re canceling the ride. Please enjoy the trail, and keep that social distance.

We are sure that there are many muddy spots on the trail, so be cautious.

We’ll cancel this month’s ride due to the Covid-19 social distancing restrictions. But do get out on your own and enjoy the trail!

The weather is looking promising this weekend, so it’s time for the Chili ride! So grab your friends, chair, horse and Coggins and come join us this Saturday for a delicious serving of the famous Berryman Chili!

When – Saturday, Feb 29, 2020 – Chili served at noon, rideout before or afterwards
Where – Brockdale Park trailhead
What to bring – Chair for sittin’, Horse for ridin’, and Coggins for checkin.

There is too much rain in the forecast Saturday morning, so we’re cancelling the planned ride. However, if we don’t get too many inches of rain, the trail should be useable within a day or two afterwards, so enjoy!!
