Author When you pay your 2012 TTPA Membership dues of $35.00 it includes CareFlite (www.careflite.org) insurance for your entire household for the year 2012. If you renewed your dues for 2012 from 2011 before the end of January, 2012, CareFlite is automatically renewed. You do not need to fill out another form unless the information you originally sent to CareFlite has changed. If your information has changed, let Kris McFarland know and she will send you a new CareFlite form.
